Three engagements, unedited.

Including the parts where the first thing we did was tell the client their reporting was wrong. Figures are from client analytics over the engagement period; client names are withheld under NDA.

Cut blended CAC by 38% while scaling spend 2.4×

The problem. Meta was reporting a 4.1 ROAS. Shopify was reporting a business that was barely breaking even. The gap was double-counted conversions and a retargeting campaign taking credit for organic repeat buyers.

What we changed. Rebuilt tracking server-side, separated prospecting from retargeting budgets, and moved reporting to contribution margin. Then rebuilt the three highest-traffic product pages around the objections that showed up in support tickets.

“The first month was mostly them telling us which of our numbers were wrong. Uncomfortable, and completely correct.”

3.1× organic demo requests in eleven months

The problem. Nine hundred blog posts, forty thousand monthly sessions, and eleven demo requests a month from organic. The content ranked for definitions their buyers already knew.

What we changed. Deindexed 640 thin pages, rebuilt the remaining library around comparison and evaluation intent, and shipped an interactive pricing calculator that now drives a fifth of all demo requests.

“Deleting two-thirds of our content was not the plan we walked in with. It was the right one.”

Cost per booked appointment down 44%

The problem. Twenty-two location pages competing with each other, a booking flow that took six steps on mobile, and paid search bidding against their own organic listings.

What we changed. Consolidated location pages with proper local schema, rebuilt the mobile booking flow to two steps, and restructured paid search to stop cannibalising branded organic.

“The booking flow change alone paid for the first six months.”
